1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept PayPal for all orders. You can pay using your PayPal balance or link your debit/credit card to your PayPal account.
2. Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
No. You can use PayPal’s guest checkout to pay with a debit or credit card without creating a PayPal account.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
4. How much does shipping cost?

Orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders under $30 have a $5 flat-rate shipping fee.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

Transit Time: 7–15 business days within the United States.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
6. Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship all orders via FedEx.
7. Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
No. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs duties or additional taxes.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies for returns not caused by our error. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
10. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 30 calendar days for the same item in a different style or color, or for another item of equal or greater value (price difference will apply).
11. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
