At Lyqugls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent return and exchange process. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• We do not accept returns of:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery (unless they arrived defective or damaged).

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different color or style, or for a different product of equal or greater value (price difference will apply).

• Exchange requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

• We will ship the replacement item once the returned product has been received and inspected.

   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

4. Inspection & Processing

   • Returns are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt.

   • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns that are not due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

• Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
